Jonathan Rhys-Meyers was hospitalized in London this week of a possible suicide with pills, according to a report.

The star of The Tudors, 33, who has fought alcoholism over the years, was found by paramedics, respond to an emergency call, Sun reports of collapsed on the floor of his house Tuesday night.

Allegedly refused treatment, so that the paramedics called to the police and Meyers was taken to the hospital.

"Gone but not try to commit suicide," says a source. "He was taken to the hospital and released. His representative has no comment.

A spokesman for Scotland Yard told the people: "we can confirm has been called by the London ambulance service to an address in Calea to inform a man who refuses treatment." He attended the police, and the man was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Central London. "It was the end of our participation."

Apparently actor was discharged from the hospital early Wednesday.
