Bon Temps is getting a new elder.

"true blood" is what the actress Katherine Helmond Board blog of New York Magazine Vulture informed.

Katherine, who played the grandmother Mona petulant about "who's the boss?," along with Tony Danza, Judith Light, Alyssa Milano, will play Caroline Bellefleur, grandmother of detective Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer) and his sister, lawyer Portia Bellefleur (Courtney Ford).

The site reported that Katherine will appear in two episodes.

In the novels by author Charlaine Harris Sookie Stackhouse, Bill Compton (played by Stephen Moyer in the series) is a distant relative of the clan Bellefleur, however, a connection has not yet been established in the HBO series.

The fourth season of "true blood" begins Sunday night at 9 on HBO.
